Abstract

The results of research on the micro-nutrient content of fish, and the consumption of fish in poor communities. Demonstrates the case for restoring fisheries that abound with small fish accessed by poor people, rather than focusing only on aquaculture which benefits fewer people with fish lower in micronutrients.
