Abstract

The article is a critical analysis of the decision of the Court of Appeal in Hospital Medical Group Ltd v Westwood [2012] EWCA Civ 1005 where the court had to decide whether Dr Westwood was self-employed or a worker integrated into the workforce at the hospital where he provided services.
