Biography
Biography My academic background combines social research methodologies, information science, and business and management, enabling me to bring interdisciplinary perspectives to teaching and research. I hold an MRes in Social Research from UCL, a BSc in Business Management from Roehampton University, as well as a PhD in Literary Studies, an MA in Publishing, and a BA (Hons) in Library and Information Science with Qualified Teacher Status from University of Bucharest. My teaching practice is grounded in humanistic learning principles and evidence-based pedagogy. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from Birkbeck University of London, I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE) through the Chartered Association of Business Schools, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
Teaching Business and Management modules at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, such as Management in a Global Environment, Applied Project, and Management Consultancy. I am also part of the supervisory team (second supervisor) of a DProf candidate, School of Health and Education.
