Pedagogic Interests

My main areas of academic interests are Business and Management, primarily focusing on Sport Sponsorship, Skills Transference, Business Management, Human Resources and Marketing within Sports and Business.

Consultancy

Research Project at Terminal 5

During my time at T5, I organised meetings and conducted focus groups with staff and personal of BA, BAA, and external consultants, to determine specific modes of operations of the airport baggage handling service.  The total operation was broken down into numerous components sections, and data was collected during these meetings.  The vast amount of information collated was then analysed and categorised for ease of understanding.  From the findings, we [MDU] were able to formulate specific recommendations for the different working procedures, and suggest further areas of investigation.
