Biography

Biography

Dr Elliot Schatzberger qualified as a Barrister from the Inns of Court School of Law in 2005, and before returning full-time to academia, represented clients from across the globe in Immigration and Asylum tribunals, as well as defending clients accused of serious crime, including murder, armed robbery and rape. 

Elliot returned to academia where he has taught and written on Property [Land] Law and Immigration and Asylum within the Landlord/Tenant arena. 

Teaching

Elliot was awarded his doctorate in 2018, writing and publishing a thesis on legal education. He is currently cross-campus Module Leader at Middlesex [Hendon/Mauritius and Dubai] on Equity & Trusts but also teaches on Land Law; Tort Law; Medical Law and English Legal System.
