Mrs Manjida Ahamed

Biography

Manjida Ahamed is a Lecturer in Law at the School of Law, Middlesex University, London. She joined Middlesex University in 2021 on a full-time basis and previously taught at Middlesex University as an Hourly Paid Lecturer. Before taking up this position, she was a Lecturer in Law at the Department of Law, Daffodil International University, Bangladesh (2012-2021). She was also a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for Genocide Studies, University of Dhaka (2015-2016). Her research interests focus mainly on international criminal law, customary international law and international human rights law. She also worked as a visiting Lecturer at the Catholic University of Lille, France.

Manjida teaches Law for Criminology, English Legal System, Literature from Social Sciences and the Law at the undergraduate level.

Teaching

She is the module leader for Law for Criminology. She also teaches English Legal System and Literature for Social Sciences and the Law.
