Biography

Biography

Michael Wright is a graphic designer, educator and early career researcher, currently a Graphic Design Lecturer at Middlesex University, London. Michael has experience as a practicing designer both as a freelancer and within agencies since 2016 when he graduated from University of Northampton with a BA in Graphic Communication. He has since worked in Academia since 2018, alongside his practice, working both as a technician and lecturer. Completing his MA in Design for Social Innovation and Sustainable Futures at London College of Communication (UAL), he has begun working in research on several practice and education based projects within the realm of eco-social design. 

Teaching

Currently module leader for practical 2nd year modules, Graphic Design Practice and Graphic Design Workshops. Teaching 2nd years on design projects such as editorial, printmaking and social practice/sustainability. Teaching on 3rd year including FMP supervision and various graphic design projects.
