Abstract | As part of my work as a development consultant and therapist working with senior executives, the aim of this study is to ascertain whether the personal attitudes of senior executives who are successful at leading change impact on change within their organisations through their leadership style and behaviour. In addition, the project is to assess what are the personal qualities that contribute towards their own feelings of positivity towards change. I have sought to examine the personality profiles of 'successful' executives to look at attitude formation and development within their own psyche with regard to change through a qualitative in-depth case study approach.
