Biography
Biography My academic career expands over a period of almost 25 years, having taught Strategy- & Management-related courses in various Universities across five countries, advancing the knowledge and skills of students from 120 different countries. Simultaneously, I am a
seasoned senior executive in the maritime industry, with more than 15 years of experience
in crew management and training, adding special emphasis on my significant expertise
in The Philippines. I am passionate about improving efficiency of
organisations, mainly through boosting employees’ morale, knowledge and skill set,
along with meaningful rationalisation of procedures, customised according to
the idiosyncrasies of each organisation. These two hats have
moulded my skills in such a way, that allows me to effectively contribute as a problem
solver and strategic change leader to a wide variety of industries, markets and
individual organisations, not necessarily attached to the maritime industry. Finally,
I have developed significant business analysis skills for software development.
