Biography

Biography

Alexis Chapman is the Director of Marketing Programmes for the Marketing Enterprise and Tourism Department ( MET) and a senior lecturer in digital marketing. Having completed her PhD at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (University Cote D’Azur), her doctoral thesis focused on a case study of The Fairmont Hotel (AccorHotels) website to better understand how brands can engage and co-create value with their consumers online.

She previously developed programmes and lectured at INSEEC since 2012 in both France (Lyon, Chambery & Monaco) and London as an adjunct professor for the MSc in Digital Marketing & Brand Management as well as MSc Luxury Hospitality Marketing programmes.
