Biography
Biography Currently, I am Senior Lecturer in Digital Transformation and Analytics at Faculty of Business and Law, School of Business, Middlesex University, London, UK. Before this, I worked at School of Business
and Economics, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Brunei. I also worked
for 10 years at Department of Information Systems, Universiti Tunku Abdul
Rahman, Malaysia. I have completed my PhD by research from Universiti Teknologi
PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia on scholarship with specialization in Knowledge
Management. I also completed my MSc by research with specialization
in Knowledge Management. The focus of my research during PhD and MSc was
implementation of Knowledge Management among Malaysian Small and Medium
Enterprises (SMEs). Besides, I also have Masters in Business Administration
(MBA) and BS (Computer Science) degrees. I have a strong and very competent background
with more than 11 years of diversified experience in academics, teaching,
around 12 years of research experience, and have more than 63 international
research publications, proceedings and book chapters indexed in
well-reputed databases having an impact factor more than 57.3 (ISI, WoS).
I am part of research grants worth more than GBP 182,845 and have many
national and international research collaborations in the form of joint
research publications and research grants.
