Biography
Biography I joined Middlesex University Mauritius in 2013 and currently serve as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science. Over the years, I have been actively involved in teaching, research, and curriculum development, contributing to the advancement of computing education and fostering innovation in the field. My specialisations include Programming, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science, where I focus on both theoretical foundations and practical applications. Additionally, I engage in research and knowledge transfer initiatives, collaborating with academic and industry partners to drive impactful solutions in these domains.
Teaching I serve as the Programme Coordinator for the MSc Data Science at Middlesex University Mauritius, where I ensure academic quality, and support student progress within the programme. In addition to my administrative role, I teach several modules across multiple programmes, including Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Information Technology, and the Masters in Data Science. My teaching focuses on equipping students with both foundational and advanced knowledge in areas such as Programming, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. Beyond teaching, I am actively involved in research supervision, mentoring students at BSc, MSc, and PhD levels.
