TitleCharacterisation of selected speciated organic compounds associated with particulate matter in London
AuthorsHamilton, R., Kendall, M., Watt, J. and Williams, I.
Abstract

This study has improved our knowledge of the potentially toxic organic materials in the urban atmosphere and human health risk assessments. The dominant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) compounds found at both sites in London were higher molecular weight BghiP, BaA and Chrys. Ratios of PAHs confirmed a dominant petroleum/diesel source.
