Abstract

Constructing Images of the Future: Investigating the Problem (in Russian).
Investigating the future and ways in which the future is constructed is relevant to the present, inasmuch as researching issues associated with the future will in itself be a response to challenges of the present. This article surveys and examines possible directions, methodologies and outcomes of a study that would investigate the formation of the image (images) of the future. The authors propose configurational modeling as a methodological basis of this investigation.
