Biography

Biography

Dr Satkeen Azizzadeh is a senior lecturer in Human Resources at Middlesex University. She obtained her PhD in Organisational and Social Psychology from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2015. Prior to her doctoral studies, Satkeen earned an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE and an MBA from McGill University, Canada. Satkeen is an experienced action researcher, with years of involvement in various industries, including finance and insurance as her research explores the micro-dynamics of organisational change and development from an organisational and cultural psychology point of view. Satkeen’s recent research focuses on Legitimacy, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Currently at Middlesex university, Satkeen co-leads the Business Ethics, Accountability and Governance Research Cluster.
