Abstract

This report presents key findings from a research project on the characteristics and needs of Turkish and Kurdish communities in London and the effects of the recent economic crisis and welfare restructuring.
The study, conducted between 2012 and 2013, was commissioned by Day-Mer (Turkish and Kurdish Community Centre) to Middlesex University’s Social Policy Research Centre. The project’s budget is part of a Big Fund's 'Transition Fund' grant
