Biography

Biography

Raquel is a senior lecturer in Adult Nursing, with particular interest in cardiology.  Raquel has a rich experience in cardiology and coronary care nursing where she also held leadership roles. 

Teaching

Raquel Rosales, RN, BSc, PGHE, MA Higher Education, Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) teaches in various nursing and nursing associate programmes, on themes ranging from scientific principles, nursing knowledge, professional development, simulation, and practice learning.  Currently, Raquel is the MDX Programme Leader  of the Blended Nursing Degree Programme, a partnership programme between Middlesex University and Open University, and the Module Leader of the Foundation of the Professional Nature of Nursing Associate Practice. 

Raquel has a wealth of experience in delivering blended and collaborative programmes, including international collaborations. She also supervises post-graduate students on their research studies on Masters of Science programme.
