Abstract

Professional Midwifery Advocates (PMA) are perfectly positioned to support, nurture and aid midwives. Neurodivergent colleagues may require a safe space to discuss support needs and with appropriate training PMAs can be a stable point of contact to ensure our diverse workforce is better supported.
