Abstract

This chapter discusses the creation and first two years of
operation of PosteMobile, outlining amongst other things
why this innovation was a logical step for PI, the context
within which the idea developed, what the main elements
of the business plan are, some of the early successes of the
venture, and how PosteMobile is a vital component of the
long-term strategy of the group as a whole.
