Abstract

Like most mental health research reviews, Webber and Frendt-Newlin’s paper establishes what is known about an intervention and gives an overview of the type and quality of the research. It also raises a number of questions about what is not known or considered, and the limitations posed by the research questions and outcome measures, as well as deeper questions about the conceptualisation of social participation for mental health itself.
