Abstract

This 6-week pre-season training guide is intended for use by grassroots level footballers. It is split into various sections based upon your level of fitness, time availability and position. Whether you are new to this type of training or have a good training history, this guide will provide you with the knowledge and the confirmation that you are training correctly to make improvements to your performance.
