Biography

Biography

Director of Undergraduate Sport Programmes and Senior Lecturer in strength and conditioning at London Sport Institute, Middlesex University. I teach throughout the undergraduate sport programmes, as well as Programme Leading MSc High Performance Sport Management.

I hold degrees in Sports Rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning, which provides a good balance between injury and performance subjects.

My consultancy interests involve coaching S&C for a variety of athletes at a range of standards including Olympic level. I consult for the Football Association and British Military and provide information and programming to cycling athletes at various levels of performance.

My personal research interests are within various aspects of road cycling, and professionally I am undertaking a PhD in epee fencing where I’m investigating the intricacies of footwork techniques.
