Biography
Biography Dr. Clarice Santos is a Senior Lecturer in Transdisciplinary Practice, Leadership, and Workforce Management at Middlesex University, London, UK. She has previously held various academic and industry positions in the UK, Brazil, Australia, and the United States. Her extensive industry experience includes managerial roles in global organizations across diverse sectors, including AT&T, Procter & Gamble, Wal-Mart, and Tyson Foods. Dr. Santos' research interests span a broad range of topics, with a particular passion for gender issues, diversity, and equality in the workplace and beyond. She serves as an Associate Editor of the Community, Work & Family Journal, is a member of the UNESCO Futures Chair at the University of Lincoln, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a former Fulbright Scholar. Currently, she is the Institutional Lead of the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network at Middlesex University.
