This toolkit is designed for educators, faculty members, and support staff who work with multilingual students. It aims to offer you some useful guidance on how to capitalise on the multilingual and diverse nature of students in order to help them thrive in higher education. This advice was curated based on empirical research and a literature review conducted by the project team. This toolkit provides adaptable resources for staff to raise awareness of multilingualism as a hidden resource and to share pedagogic best practice.
