Abstract

This Young Adult Probation Hub toolkit shares learning from the Newham Youth to Adulthood (Y2A) probation Hub evaluation (Phillips et al, 2024). It illuminates the benefits of a tailored young adult service and provides guidance on how to set up bespoke young adult probation Hubs or tailored services across other regions and areas. The toolkit contributes insight for further strengthening probation practice to support young adult cohorts and build meaningful experiences that can contribute to fuller forms of service engagement and compliance.
