Growing up with rivers? Rivers in London children's worlds

This paper focuses on research looking at children's perceptions and use of London river environments. Children's initial negative perceptions were changed by visiting the rivers, giving them greater appreciation of natural environments. The results provide input for river managers in suggesting ways to improve river systems and their use.
