Billingham's video film 'Fishtank', 1998, (47mins) was exhibited in 'Soft Prison', Museum of the Home, London, (30th Sept - 28th Nov 2021). The show was a partnership between The Museum of the Home and the ArtAngel Collection.

The exhibition explored the landscape of private space and its capacity to contain and sustain us. Other participating artists were Donald Rodney, Gregor Schneider, Rachel Whiteread, Mike Kelley, Clio Barnard, De’Anne Crooks, Lucy Gunning, Margaret Salmon and Mona Hatoum.
