| Abstract | Middlesex University provides intellectually demanding degrees where employability is a key principle. The university has moved to a new learning framework, including employability competencies, aligned to the UNESCO core competencies. This session will outline the institutional approach taken to provide a framework to embed competencies in programmes, to create a student experience which fosters inclusion and helps develop global citizenship. The session will offer examples from subject areas including, business, law, education, showcasing different subjects’ adaptation. We will share early insights of the impacts on the student experience. Finally, the synergists of working across multiple global campuses, will be explored. |
