| Description | The Gaze exhibition focuses on three types of immigrant food entrepreneurs: community, urban and mobile entrepreneurs. Each of these entrepreneurs is not just as service provide, but cultural ambassador, food innovator and our neighbour. Through oral histories, memories and everyday business, The Gaze is framed by powerful themes: multiculturalism, superdiversity, gentrification, immigration policies, financial well-being, cultural capital, social inequality and mobility. These themes have a significant impact on entrepreneurs' well-being. |
