Abstract

This chapter details the work based learning project undertaken by a group of experienced practitioners as part of a Masters degree. The aim of the project was the development of a CPD framework for veterinary general practice. The key elements of reflective practice and work based learning pedagogy that enhanced the outcomes for the candidates are discussed.
