Biography
Biography Kate is a Senior Lecturer, and Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Product Design and BEng (Hons) Product Design Engineering programmes. A product designer by background, Kate has industry experience across the new product development sector. In her academic practice she teaches design process and projects, and is involved in research across the product, service and interaction design sector through her work at redLoop. > I’m passionate about: design research – methods to understand people, contexts, behaviours, customer journeys; mass customisation; new product development; sketching and communication. Intrigued by creative processes and design education. > Always interested in collaboration and the potential to do interesting stuff...
