Title | GEQUAMO—a generic, multilayered, customisable, software quality model |
Authors | Georgiadou, E. |
Abstract | This paper examines existing Quality Models and concludes that it is necessary to provide a method with which a customized view of quality and expectations of groups of stakeholders can be formulated and used for evaluation. A generic, multilayered, customizable software quality model was developed to facilitate the representation and Qualitative as well as Quantitative evaluation of quality depending on the interests, thresholds and emphasis placed by different classes of stakeholders. GEQUAMO has been used for evaluating methods, tools, lifecycles, information systems and people in a variety of contexts and different countries including Greece, Cyprus, Finland and the UK. |
