Abstract

Results from the ESRC “Crises and catalysts” project tracking flood risk management (FRM) policy change since 1953 (Johnson was PI). First time that such a theoretical analysis of policy change has been applied to FRM. Already cited as important by the Environment Agency's 'Making Space for Water' team.
