Biography

Biography

Dr Anthony Cullen is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Middlesex University, London. Dr Cullen is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Bordeaux, an External Examiner at Dublin City University, a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, and Senior Research Associate at DCU's Centre for Educational Disadvantage. His research interests include the areas of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, the use of contemplative methods in teaching, the decolonization of higher education, and student well-being. On 24 March 2022 he received an award for ‘Outstanding Wellbeing and Student Support’ at the Student-Led Teaching Awards hosted by Middlesex University Students' Union.
