Abstract

In this chapter, we review different psychological perspectives on how humans may make decisions about precision strike capabilities. These psychological perspectives lead us to ask two questions. First, how should ‘rational’ people make decisions about precision strike capabilities? The second question we ask is: How do decision makers actually behave?
