Biography

I have an undergraduate law degree and an MA in Industrial Relations. I have been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1972.

In addition to writing textbooks on Employment Law, I have been researching the subject of employment protection for whistleblowers since 1994 and have published internationally in law, business ethics, information technology and human resource management journals. I have  considerable experience as a consultant for the European Commission, Council of Europe, OECD and UN Office on Drugs and Crime.
