Abstract

This article reviews the exhibition Cross Female, curated by Barbara Hoffer and Valeria Schulte-Fischedick at Kunstlerhaus Bethanien, Berlin (30 September- 29 October, 2000). As the editor comments: 'Gender-confusion or a transformation of feminine identity (woman-to-woman) were the dominant notes of the works selected.'
