Abstract | In this interview, Katy Deepwell asked Los Angeles based artist Suzanne Lacy to respond to six questions about her latest projects in Oakland with TEAM where she is the project's lead artist and executive producer. TEAM (TEENS + EDUCATION + ART + MEDIA) is an arts-in-community organization dedicated to working closely with city and county institutions that directly impact youth. It has been produced through 8 major public performances and installations, including one in Tokyo; multiple classes, trainings, symposia and video screenings; and three video documentaries. |
