Abstract | This article, part of a paper due to be given at the Association of Art Historians Conference in April 1989, deals with the notions of landscape used by women and feminist artists. Artists discussed include Thérèse Oulton, Chrissie Gittins and Leslie Hakim-Dowek, and it is shown that they are using landscape to display their concerns for peace, conservation and ecology. |
